- You Are Bidding On a WW1 Austro Hungarian M17 German Helmet Austrian Alpine Elite Mountain Troops of WWI
- This is a good example of a Unit Marked M.17 Austro-Hungarian 'Stahlhelm' which is distinct from the more common German M.16 and identifiable by it's higher sited chinstrap lugs and D shaped strap attachments.
- This Stahlhelm is in very nice original condition and may have belonged to a soldier serving in the K.u.K. Kaiserschützen, the mountain troops of the First World War Austro-Hungarian Army.
