- Original Helmet from WW2 - M42 - Issued starting in 1942
- Measures approx. 7.75" front to back - and about 6.5" side to side inside the leather liner!
- Awesome Looking, Gorgeously solid & Heavy!
- May have a little dirt on interior as you might expect - Untouched!
- Outstanding Dark Patina made slightly darker with Time and Good Handling!!
- These helmets are disappearing RAPIDLY into collections and should probably be left as original as this one.
- This Steel Helmet is in Excellent Condition!

- Leather Liner is In Excellent shape - still supple!
- Couple Paint rubs on outside
- Liner rim has #56 and other writing that is barely visible, could be dated
- All split pins included & show no signs of having been removed
- Nice flat Feld grau paint is still intact about 90%
- Chinstrap Is Missing
- Ink stamp on crown of helmet is likely impossible to read
- "CKL64" and "4557" stamped boldly into rear skirt - easy to read
